The Power of Stillness
Vibrational Sound Therapy for Deep Peace
An hour to unwind, soften and exhale.
A gentle, grounding sound experience
What if an hour of sound therapy could shift your whole day?
Sound therapy supports the nervous system — helping the body shift out of stress and into rest.
As the tones move through you, the mind quiets and the body begins to soften naturally.
Crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion create vibrations that help you settle into a calm, steady state.
Many people describe the experience as deeply peaceful, restorative, and surprisingly emotional.
Sound therapy is often associated with brainwave entrainment, where rhythm and frequency can gently guide the brain into slower, more relaxed patterns.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, restless, or disconnected, this is an invitation to return — softly and without effort.

-
You will rest comfortably with your body being held and supported.
Bowls will be placed on your body (or around it for sound baths).
Sessions are quiet, slow, and deeply grounding.
The sound waves gently resonate through your body, creating vibrations you can feel in your chest, spine, and limbs.
You may enter a meditative or dream-like state.
You may notice your breath slowing, muscles softening, and your mind naturally quieting as the tones shift through different frequencies.
Some people experience emotional release, warmth, tingling, or a sense of lightness.
-
After a session, your body and mind may feel deeply relaxed, almost as if you’ve woken from a restorative nap—but with a heightened sense of presence. To help integrate the experience:
drink extra water for the rest of the day, drinking water supports your body in flushing out tension and helps move energy
allow yourself downtime
avoid overstimulation (loud spaces, intense screens)
gentle movement or rest recommended
emotions may continue to shift — this is normal
sleep may be deeper than usual
Short-term effects: Deep relaxation, reduced anxiety, and better mental focus can last 24–48 hours.
Long-term effects: With regular sessions, many people report improved sleep quality, emotional resilience, energy balance, and a stronger connection to their body and breath.
Essentially, the more consistent your sessions and aftercare practices, the longer and deeper the effects can become.

Why Sound Works So Deeply
Sound therapy supports the nervous system — the part of you responsible for stress, safety, and restoration. When the system is regulated, you can stay present through uncertainty and respond with more ease instead of reacting from survival. But when stress is chronic, the body tightens, the mind stays busy, and rest can feel out of reach.
A sound bath doesn’t ask you to focus, visualize, or fix anything. You simply lie down and receive. The tones from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments gently guide the body into a calmer, more restorative state — offering a quiet reminder that, in this moment, you are safe.
As that message settles in, natural shifts begin to happen. Breath deepens. Muscles soften. Mental noise quiets. Stress doesn’t need to be analyzed or pushed away — it begins to unwind because the body no longer needs to stay on high alert.
Sound therapy offers something simple and rare: an experience of peace, not just an idea of it. Even brief moments of regulation can help your system remember what calm actually feels like.
No belief required. Just lie down, listen, and let your body exhale.
Hi, I am Jessica
Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner based in Seattle
My intention is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can truly rest.
My work is grounded in calm presence, deep listening, and creating a space where the body can soften and unwind. I believe healing happens naturally when we’re given room to slow down, breathe, and feel safe.
With a background in nursing, I hold each session with both intuition and clinical care.
Using singing bowls and gentle vibration, I guide sessions that are quiet, steady, and deeply restorative — welcoming to anyone seeking stillness in a busy world.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. This space was created for you.
